CONSULTORÍA EN NEGOCIOS SUSTENTABLES, S.C., with Registro Federal de Contribuyentes “CNS070213TG0”, (hereinafter “New Ventures“), offers you website features through both fixed and mobile devices, as well as other products and services when you visit or make purchases on [www.flii.org], use the products or services, and/or utilize software provided by New Ventures (hereinafter “Services“). New Ventures provides you with Services under the following conditions.
By using the Services, you expressly agree to the conditions described throughout these Terms and Conditions:
In the event that the CLIENT purchases a ticket for the Latin American Impact Investment Forum 2024 (FLII) or any other event offered through the platform, the acceptance of these terms and conditions shall constitute a Purchase Agreement between New Ventures and the CLIENT.
Payment Methods
AUTHORIZED PAYMENT PLATFORM:
The CLIENT completes the purchase process on the website through the authorized payment platform, which, as an intermediary, provides the service for the following supported credit card brands: MasterCard, Visa, American Express. Purchases made through our platform are subject to verification and acceptance by the financial institution with which the CLIENT makes the purchase, as well as the verification of the provided information.
New Ventures shall not be held responsible for any errors or transaction failures if the information provided by the CLIENT is incorrect or incomplete. It is the responsibility of the CLIENT to ensure that the provided information is accurate and up-to-date.
BANK TRANSFER PAYMENTS:
In the event that you are unable to make a payment through the platform, you may initiate a bank transfer to New Ventures by following the steps below:
1. You should contact the FLII team by sending an email to the following addresses (it’s important that your email is addressed to both accounts): flii@nvgroup.org and magda@nvgroup.org. Please specify in the subject line: PAYMENT VIA BANK TRANSFER.
In the email, you should provide the following information:
– Origin account, account holder, country, and currency (USD o MXN).
– Number of tickets you wish to purchase. (please check the info below for limited number of tickets on each phase)
– Current discount stage on the date of your ticket purchase, or your organization’s discount code (if applicable). The email with the purchase commitment must be sent within the discount period; otherwise, it cannot be applied. Please consider the time zone, as the stages and discount codes are created for the Mexico City, CDMX time zone (GMT-6)
– If you require an invoice before making the transfer, please clearly state this in the email.
2. You will receive an email with the New Ventures bank account details to which you should make the transfer, along with confirmation of the deposit amount.
3. You should proceed to make the transfer to the provided account and send a copy of the completed transfer to the email addresses flii@nvgroup.org and magda@nvgroup.org.
4. Once the transfer has been successfully received, you will receive a confirmation of receipt from the New Ventures team. Please be aware that in the case of international transfers, this process may take a few days.
5. With your payment confirmed, you will receive instructions on how to register in the registration APP and download your tickets.
Price
The full price ticket is $1,200 USD plus VAT: ($1,392 USD).
For a ticket purchased in 2023, the full price ticket in Mexican pesos is 23.400 MXN plus VAT: ($27.144 MXN)*
*For tickets purchased in 2024, the price may be subject to changes based on the current exchange rate.

Each ticket stage will have a limited validity period as well as a limited available supply. Each ticket stage will expire when the validity period is over or until supply is last, whichever occurs first.
In the event that the ticket phase supply is exhausted before the scheduled end date, the phase will be automatically closed, and it will proceed to the next stage.
Under no circumstances will tickets be sold outside the end dates of each stage. Only the purchase of 1 ticket per transaction is allowed. If you require more than 1 ticket, you will need to complete a separate transaction/registration for each ticket purchased.
The ticket limit for group purchases for each phase is as follows:
PHASE 1 : 40% : Maximum 5 entries per organization or client.
PHASE 2: 30%: Maximum 8 tickets per organization or client.
PHASE 3: 20%: Maximum 10 tickets per organization or client.
Discount Code
If you have a special code, the discount will be applied to the full price of the ticket.
Ticket Delivery
Once the purchase is completed, you will receive an email confirming the purchase of your ticket.
All tickets purchased through New Ventures will be delivered digitally, and the risk of loss will be transferred to the customer at the time of delivery to their account. We recommend that the registration details match the information of the person who will be attending the event.
If your purchase was made by wire transfer, you will be sent a link with instructions to register on our platform through a purchase code, so you can download your ticket.
Exchanges, Refunds and Cancellation Policy
There are no refunds, or cancellations. Before making your purchase, please review the event, date, and venue carefully, as once the payment is made, there will be no refunds.
If for any reason the buyer is unable to attend, tickets can be transferred to another attendee, by sending the request no later than 15 days before the event to magda@nvgroup.org with a copy to flii@nvgroup.org.
Charges and Taxes
Each ticket purchased is subject to a 16% IVA (VAT) charge in accordance with Mexican law. No ticket shall be exempt from this mandatory tax.
Privacy Policy
Each time you use the Services, you will be subject to our Privacy Policy, which you can consult at the following link [privacy policy], as well as the purposes established therein.
Authorization and Use of Image
The ATTENDEE of the event authorizes, without any compensation, the use of their image in promotional material that may be produced for the event.
Electronic Communications
Each time you use a Service or send us an email, text message, or other communication from any device, you will be electronically communicating with us. You expressly agree to receive communications from New Ventures electronically through the following channels: email, text messages (SMS), through notices and messages posted on this website, instant messaging services (WhatsApp), among others. You expressly consent to have all contracts, transactions, notices, messages, and other notifications and communications sent to you by electronic means, which comply with any legal requirement for written form and have full legal effect and validity.
Intellectual and Industrial Property
All content hosted or made available through New Ventures, whether in its entirety or individually as part of the Services, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio and/or video clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, are the property of New Ventures and/or its providers. Therefore, the Intellectual and Industrial Property rights of such content are protected by the laws of the United Mexican States and international laws related to Intellectual and Industrial Property.
The designs, graphics, logos, images, audiovisuals, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names that are included or available through New Ventures and/or the Services are trademarks or represent the commercial image of New Ventures in the United Mexican States and other countries. The registered trademarks and the commercial image of New Ventures may not be used in connection with any product or service that does not belong to New Ventures, nor in any manner that could cause confusion among users or that might disparage or discredit New Ventures. Trademarks that are not owned by New Ventures and are included or available through New Ventures belong to their respective owners, holders, and/or licensors, who may or may not be affiliated or associated with New Ventures in any way.
New Ventures utilizes various copyright and/or industrial property licenses for its operation, including but not limited to trademarks, trade names, and patents.
By using New Ventures’ Services, you expressly agree and acknowledge that: (i) You do not have the right to resell or commercially use any of the products and/or services available in the Services provided by New Ventures or their contents. (ii) You do not have the right to compile or use any lists of products, descriptions, or prices. (iii) You do not have the right to make any derivative use of the Services or their contents. (iv) You may not use tools or data mining robots or similar tools.
New Ventures and its licensors, suppliers, publishers, rights holders, or other content providers reserve any rights not expressly granted in these Terms and Conditions of Use. Reproduction, replication, copying, selling, reselling, and/or exploitation of any kind of the products and/or services found on New Ventures, or any part thereof, for any purpose, including commercial purposes, is not permitted without the prior written consent of New Ventures.
Placing or using placement techniques to introduce any trademark, logo, or other copyrighted information (including images, text, page designs, or formats) of New Ventures without the corresponding prior written consent is also not allowed. The use of meta tags or any other “hidden text” that uses the names or trademarks of New Ventures without our prior written consent is prohibited.
Opinions, Comments, Communications and other Content
Users may post their opinions, comments, and other content; send electronic cards and other communications; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, provided that the content is not unlawful, obscene, abusive, constitutes a threat or defamation, invades the privacy of third parties, infringes on intellectual or industrial property rights, or is otherwise offensive to third parties. Content should also not consist of or contain computer viruses, political propaganda, or commercial, chain, or bulk solicitations.
The use of a fake email address, impersonation of another person or entity, or any other falsification of the origin of any content is not permitted. We reserve the right (without obligation) to remove or modify any content.
Updates
New Ventures reserves the right to make changes to the Services, policies, and terms and conditions, including these Terms and Conditions of Use, at any time.
You will be subject to the terms and conditions, policies, and Terms and Conditions of Use in effect at the time you use the Services or place each order unless any changes to such terms and conditions, policies, or these Terms and Conditions of Use must be made by law or government agencies (in which case, the changes may apply to any orders you placed previously).
If any of these conditions is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed excluded without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining conditions.
Disputes
Any dispute, conflict, disagreement, or claim arising from the interpretation, execution, breach, termination, or resolution of these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through direct negotiations between the parties. If the parties do not reach an agreement within thirty (30) natural days following written notification of a dispute, either party may submit the dispute to the competent courts of Mexico City, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may be applicable to them by reason of their present or future residences or for any other reason.
The parties agree that these Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Mexican States.
